My Completed Projects
🌏 Welcome to Atti’s Japan Travel Adventure!
Get ready, because this year we’re going on a special learning journey — all the way to Japan! Even though we’re traveling from home, we’re going to explore real places, learn real history, practice real math, and write real stories, just like a world‑traveling blogger.

This project is all about discovering amazing places in Japan and learning in lots of different ways at the same time. We’ll read about each place, write about what we learn, do travel‑time math, make maps, create art, and even write our own stories inspired by the places we “visit.” By the end, Atti will have his very own travel blog filled with adventures, facts, drawings, and imagination.
To make our adventure feel even more real, we’re choosing a special “home base” in Japan — a place where Atti will imagine staying during his travels. Our home base is the super fun and family‑friendly MIMARU Suites Kyoto Central. It’s a big, cozy hotel in the middle of Kyoto, one of Japan’s most famous cities. The rooms are like little apartments with lots of space, and it’s close to trains, shops, and cool places to explore. If Atti were really in Japan, this would be the perfect spot to come back to after a long day of adventuring.
From our pretend home base in Kyoto, we’ll “travel” to different historical sites all around Japan. Some places have castles, some have temples, some have ninjas, and some even have friendly deer. Each place will become its own blog post, where Atti gets to be the writer, explorer, and storyteller.

Now that we’re packed and ready for our adventure, it’s time to choose where we’ll go first. In the next section, we’ll look at 10 amazing kid‑friendly historical sites in Japan that Atti can explore for his travel blog.
Choose a site below to decide where you will go first. As you work through the 1st travel blog, I will add more interesting and fun sites to explore.
